Andrew Korner
Mr. Korner is former head of Credit Suisse First Boston’s operations in Japan & North Asia and of Merrill Lynch’s Asian investment banking division. He has served on the Boards of The Bangkok Fund, China Securities Investment Trust Co., Chinfon Life Insurance Co., Indonesia Capital Fund, Merrill Lynch International Capital Management, Thai Venture Capital Corporation and Vietnam Enterprise Investments. He has also served as a member of the Conference Board’s Research Council on Global Investment and the Board of Blacksmith Institute. He was educated at Trinity College, Cambridge and Eton College.
Paul Serfaty
Mr. Serfaty is former executive director of Winnington Capital, overseeing its $1 billion China real estate portfolio and its public equity funds. He was previously head of Creditanstalt in Japan and Hong Kong. He has also served on the Boards of Hong Kong-listed Imagi International and VXL Capital and Dublin-listed Vietnam Enterprise Investments. He earned his MA at Trinity College, Cambridge and his LLB at Inns of Court Law School; and was called to the Bar at the Inner Temple.

Mr. Abbas is Managing Director of Coombe Advisors. He is former Chief Operating Officer of Merrill Lynch Asia-Pacific/Australasia and Head of the firm’s Europe & Middle East Global Private Client Division. He has also served as Head of Sales & Marketing for Morgan Stanley’s Private Wealth Management Division in Europe & Middle East. He received his BSc at the London School of Economics and MSc from the University of York.
Tom Chandos
Lord Chandos is chairman of the Thomson Foundation, the international media development agency; and of the UK’s Credit Services Association. He is a Trustee and former Chairman of the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, one of the UK's largest grant-making foundations. He has worked as an adviser, investor or board member in the international media industry for over 30 years; and was a Director of Kleinwort Benson Group. He is a member (Labour) of the House of Lords; and was educated at Oxford University.
Soon Hak Lee
Mr. Lee is former Chief Financial Officer of the Samsung Group, Executive Vice President of Samsung Securities and Chief Executive of Samsung JP Morgan Investment Management. He has also served as vice chairman of the Korean Venture Capital Association. He received his MBA at Seoul National University.
Tan Sri Dr. Lin See Yan
Tan Sri Dr. Lin is former Deputy Governor of Bank Negara Malaysia and Chairman of Pacific Bank. He is member of Malaysia’s National Economic Action Council Working Group; Chairman, Expert Group on Finance, UN Commission on Sustainable Development; Pro-Chancellor, Science University of Malaysia; Chairman, Harvard Graduate School Alumni Association Council; and Governor, Asian Institute of Management. He serves as a Director of Genting, Great Eastern Life, Straits Trading and other companies. He was educated at Harvard and is a Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society.
Chris McNally
Mr McNally is a former partner with McKinsey now based in Monaco. He has led consulting practices in Asia, Middle East and Europe with a focus on corporate strategy, business transformation and transactions. He was educated at Cambridge University, the London Business School and the ENSPM in Paris.
Nicholas Whitlam
Mr Whitlam serves as chairman of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority of New South Wales and of Salaam Wealth. He was formerly CEO of the State Bank of New South Wales, President of the National Roads and Motorists’ Association, chairman of NRMA Insurance/IAG and was the inaugural chairman of the Port Authority of New South Wales. He has served as chairman of the Australian Graduate School of Management, the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, as a Trustee of the Sydney Cricket Ground and a director of the Australian Sports Foundation. He is a graduate of Harvard University (AB, cum laude) and the University of London (MSc)
Yusuke Yasuda
Mr. Yasuda is former chief country officer and general manager of BNP Paribas in Japan. He also served as manager of the finance Department of Japan Air Lines Co. Ltd. He graduated from Tokyo University Law School and received his MBA at Harvard Business School.
